I give this 5 stars rating & review for the Mr. Kalana in the BuyZone.lk Kottawa branch. He had done a great service and I appreciate his service very well. He gave a big support and gave a big care for us. I think he is a fresher for the BuyZone.lk but he work like a pro.
Mr Kalana who supported me to buy a new phone. He explained well and given great support for me . I'm really appreciated his work and always with smiley face which is necessary to maintain customers relationship.

Great service! 🙏 Highly recommend. I bought an A55 in January and also purchased a Samsung adapter with it, but the adapter didn’t work properly. So, I had to buy another one because I didn’t have time to visit Kottawa. After a few months, I went there for it, and they exchanged it for another item immediately without any trouble or delay. The lady at the cashier was very helpful and nice to customers. Highly recommend their service to everyone! ❤️🙏
