So, I had to buy another one because I didn’t have time to visit Kottawa. After a few months, I went there for it, and they exchanged it for another item immediately without any trouble or delay. The lady at the cashier was very helpful and nice to customers. Highly recommend their service to everyone! ❤️🙏
