General Warranty Terms and Conditions:

  1. Warranty Duration:
    • Warranty durations are product-specific and range from 3 months to 5 years. Details are specified on each product’s page.
  2. Software Warranty:
    • All mobile devices include a software warranty applicable for the duration mentioned on the product page, beginning from the date of purchase.
    • The warranty will be void if the device is not updated as per manufacturer guidelines (e.g., maintaining a charged battery, and proper data connections).
  3. Void Warranty Conditions:
    • Warranties are void if any third-party operating systems are installed (e.g., Jailbreaking for Apple, Custom ROMs for Android), different region firmware is installed, bootloaders are unlocked, or there is unauthorized tampering with internal storage.
  4. Manufacturer Defects:
    • Devices are covered for manufacturer defects noticed within the first 7 days of purchase.
    • Beyond 7 days, devices are only covered under the specific warranty purchased.
  5. Exclusions from Warranty Claims:
    • Devices with physical damage, water damage, cosmetic damage, burns, or issues affecting display and touch sensors are excluded from warranty claims.
    • Hardware failures due to power fluctuations, overload, or misuse are not covered under warranty.
  6. Additional Hardware Warranty:
    • If a one-year or longer hardware warranty is purchased, it covers the motherboard and other replacement parts, excluding display and touch sensors.
  7. Accidental Damage:
    • Any accidental liquid or physical damage will immediately void the warranty.
  8. Accessory Warranty:
    • Removable accessories and certain peripherals like charging adapters, cables, and cases may have specific warranty conditions.
  9. Device Replacement:
    • Replacements are only provided if a manufacturing defect is identified within the first 7 days of purchase.
  10. Refunds:
    • No refunds are processed for changes of mind, incorrect device purchases, or colour selections after the purchase.
  11. Seal and Packaging:
    • Devices with broken manufacturer seals or tampered packaging are not eligible for refunds or warranty claims.
  12. Warranty Transfer:
    • Warranties are non-transferable and become void if the device is sold or transferred to a third party.
  13. Invoice Tampering:
    • Tampering with or altering the original invoice disqualifies the device from warranty coverage.
  14. Water Resistance:
    • Devices with water resistance ratings are not covered for liquid damage claims if they fail to adhere to manufacturer or IPX rating guidelines.
  15. Local and International Warranty Claims:
    • Local agent warranty claims should be directed to specific service centres.
    • International warranty claims must allow a buffer period of at least 21 working days before the warranty expires.
  16. Battery and Accessories Warranty:
    • Batteries and certain accessories are covered for a specific duration which will be mentioned on the product page, typically no less than 6 months.
