Absolutely Disgusting Service – Never Order from BuyZone.lk .This is hands down the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I placed an order, and not only was it delayed, but when I contacted their so-called customer service, it was a complete joke. Agents kept passing the call around like a game, with zero accountability or intention to solve the issue. Every time I called asking for my refund, I was told it's being arranged — lies, every single time. Weeks passed and still nothing. They even had the nerve to decline my calls after that. This kind of behavior is beyond unacceptable. Their customer service is trash, and they treat customers like we’re a burden, not worth helping. It’s shocking how a business like this is still running. Do NOT waste your money or time on BuyZone.lk. They are unreliable, disrespectful, and completely incompetent.
